Name: Kiskadee
Age: 8 Moons
Gender: She-cat
Clan: N/A
Position: Kittypet
Description:
Kiskadee is a slender, short-furred she-cat with a blue and white tortie pelt. Her eyes are very dark amber and are very round, giving her an almost startled look. This trait is typical of British Shorthairs. Her short nose is bright pink, and her triangular ears are wide set, unlike her eyes which are rather close together. Most of her face, neck, chest, and forelegs is white, as is her right hind leg (her left hind leg is grey with sandy-ginger blotches). She has a body built more for speed than anything else. Her legs are long but just short enough to retain good power, and her proportions make her less clumsy than she looks like she should be.
Personality:
Kiskadee is sweet-tempered and adventurous. She's optimistic and does not like to take no for an answer. Since she's giving to talking she isn't always the best listener, but she's very sympathetic and compassionate and has a good heart. She's not the brightest cat, but she makes up for her lack of intelligence with her enthusiasm and curiosity. While she likes the comfy lifestyle of a kittypet, Kiskadee likes to explore and always imagines other lives she could be living. She's very imaginative and tends to over-think everything (only in amusing ways usually).
History:
Kiskadee (whose name when she as born was Liana, was born into her current lifestyle. Her mother, Michaeline (or Linnie), had once been a stray. She had been taken to the kennel and was already expecting kits. The Twoleg lady that was on duty when her mother was brought in fell in love with the pretty cat. She brought Linnie home and slowly began to earn the stray's trust. When Kiskadee and her siblings, Reynolds and Vannie, were born, Linnie told them stories about her life outside of the confines of a Twoleg nest. The cat and her kits were never allowed outside, but Kiskadee would always sit on the windowsill and wonder what was out there. But even after she was separated from her family and given to a younger Twoleg who named her Kiskadee after that Twoleg's favorite type of bird, she remained in her home, wondering what was outside but enjoying the comfort of her life. One good thing about her new home was that she was allowed outside, and Kiskadee often spends her time out on her garden fence, looking out at the wilderness she is too afraid to step paw in.
