A Bit of a warning on this one...She's demented...and a nazi surgeon...soooooo yeah.
She also mentions Cannibalism. (Because I'm obsessed with Hannibal OTL)
Mitzi Gets a Pet
"Ah yes…quiet at last," sighed a female voice. Closing the door behind her, she looked around her office, taking full notice that there was something different about it. It had been cleaned. Her papers had been stacked, her pens and other desk items had been neatly organized. "Was zur Hölle?" she muttered to herself, her voice was oozing with frustration. She had given special orders to all of the Hospital staff to not as much set foot in her office unless it was an emergency. 'There must be someone new on the cleaning staff…' she thought and removed her stained overcoat.
Mitzi was half tempted to call the entire hospital into the conference room, from second in command to the lowly janitor. However, she didn't. Something about this seemed familiar, like it had been this way before. She started to go through the papers on her desk and realized the order of them was perfect, just how she would have done it. She then examined everything else, the stapler, the medical cards, the lamp, and the picture of her and the Führer. Everything was just as she would have done it. The Chief Surgeon paused for a second, allowing memory to come back.
"Oh wait…I did this!" She howled with laughter. There was no reason why this was funny, but Mitzi found humor in it anyway. With the insane string of laughter's coming to an end, she repositioned her crooked glasses and looked through the patients' case files. Nothing really interested her although there was one that made her laugh.
There was a man who had somehow managed to disengage himself from a moving vehicle and had both of his legs crushed by a cargo-truck. It said in the file that the man had managed to crawl to the sidewalk before he passed out from the pain. "Dummkopf, you should have jumped or fallen head first," she muttered to the file, "…That way, you would have died quickly. Instead, you chose to have your legs pancaked to the road." Mitzi's grin returned again because she knew that the patient had to have both of his legs amputated. She set the files down and set them back into the pile exactly where they had been.
She figured it best to leave for the day, there was nothing left for her in the hospital and it was late. Mitzi went to get out of her chair when a knock sounded on her door. "Of course this would happen as I go to leave," she whispered in a growl. The doctor threw a new overcoat on and hid her bloodied one. "Yes?" she called to the person outside of her door. She pulled the top paper off of the stack to make it look like she was actually doing something.
In walked a nurse from the Emergency Room, "Dr. Mitzi, you are needed in the lab." Mitzi's face lit up. Finally she had something to do.
"Might I ask what for?" she asked without even attempting to hide her rotten grin. She stood from her desk, the grin still present, but fading.
"The patient that you had wanted for your research has arrived and is willing to cooperate," the nurse stated dutifully. The smile on Mitzi's face grew, her teeth now showing. She was pleased by this news. After all, she had wanted to run tests on this man for at least a month, and now she had him. Mitzi gave a second of thought and decided that she was going to run double the tests on him considering he had made her wait this long.
She grabbed the clipboard from her desk and walked past the nurse and out the door. Her blonde hair bounced as her body went into a full on sprint down the hallway and to the elevator. There wasn't a second to be wasted. Once she had stepped into the elevator, it was completely secluded and she found time for a little victory dance. Mitzi heard the elevator ding and calmed herself, but she couldn't rid herself of her grin.
Walking to the lab, she pictured the man's insides. How beautiful and red that they must be. Her spine quivered as she imagined how he would scream as she cut through his torso to examine his innards. What a fine scream that he would give.
She walked closer to the laboratory doors, feeling her itch for the doors grow. She could hardly contain the urge to slice him up. Mitzi was finally in the laboratory, and it was there that she saw him. He was indeed as fine a specimen as he was the last time he was brought in, when he denied his body to her. "Mr. Jeremy Spielz, welcome to my laboratory. So glad that you finally changed your mind," she smiled at him.
Jeremy's green eyes looked up at Mitzi's blue and sighed. The man's body was perfect. He was toned and lean. Everything was in proportion with his body. He was an Austrian without any family or friends, so no one would miss him. He was 27, the same age as Mitzi, brunette, green-eyed, and he looked defeated. Mitzi could feel the depression radiating from him. "Come now, Mr. Spielz…Your life was practically useless," she stated with another pleasurable chill racing up her spine.
Jeremy looked down, knowing full well that her words were true. "And now look at you, giving your life for science and medical research. What a kind soul you have," Mitzi smirked as she gave him a compliment. 'Yet you are oblivious to what I'm going to do to you…I might start my extracting your tongue and teeth, I'm no dentist, but it's a simple procedure I'm sure,' she thought with that sickening grin creeping back on her face.
"Is there anything that I need to do Dr. Adler?" he asked, his voice quiet. He wished that he wouldn't have done this, but there wasn't any going back now. He knew that his life was over. He had heard rumors of what happens in the basement laboratory. Patients go down and are greeted by a Dr. Mitzi Adler, then taken into one of the five Lab rooms, then a heart wrenching amount of screaming is heard. After that, there isn't anything to be said, it's over at that point.
Mitzi could see that the man was having second thoughts, she just didn't care. There wasn't anything that would or could allow him to rewrite his demise. "Please, go into door five and strip, if you do everything that I tell you, I might give you a numbing agent," she didn't know why, but looking upon this sad excuse for a human being made her want to tear into everyone and everything. Jeremy regretfully obeyed and did what he was told.
Now bare, he stood in the laboratory room and looked around. It was perfectly clean. He had expected something out of a horror film, where the room is dark with only a single light, the walls filthy, the examination table stained with blood. This room however was completely spotless. He jumped a little when he heard the door slam and saw Mitzi staring at him through her glasses. It sent fear running rampant within his body. She looked like an animal stalking her prey, waiting to devour it and make it suffer in the most unimaginable way possible.
"Please, Mr. Spielz…sit." she motioned towards the examination table. "I'm not going to start with my task just yet," she grinned at him, "Also…you may cover up if you want to," she pointed to the blanket resting at the head of the table. She watched as he outstretched his arm to grab the cloth. What magnificence. The way that his arm's toned muscles stretched and bunched together was something next to perfection.
"Have you heard of cannibalism Mr. Spielz?" she asked him as she pulled a chair up and sat down in front of him. Jeremy had covered up by now, but only his waist, nothing else.
Jeremy's already confused mind was given another thing to puzzle itself upon. "Yes, I've heard of it," he answered, knowing it best to respond instead of leaving her to wait. "Why?"
"I was just trying to make a conversation with you. After all these are your last few moments of life, I figured that you might want to have one final conversation," Mitzi smiled warmly at him, her eyes changed from hunger to civil. She hadn't a single clue as to why, but she wanted to spare him a bit longer. He was the one who had saved her from her boredom so she could at least do this for him.
The patient nodded to his doctor and noticed the change in her behavior. He didn't know how to take to her sudden kindness. Jeremy had established a lock in eye contact with Dr. Adler. He sat cross-legged on the table with his arms behind him for support. "Thank you for that Doctor. I appreciate it," he forced a smile as his voice shook.
Mtizi yawned and looked around the room, breaking her eye contact to think. 'He would make an excellent male nurse…Do I really want to kill him?' She had been so excited to tear into him, spill his organs out and watch as he choked on his blood, trying to scream. "Jeremy, would you accept an offer from me?"
Jeremy blinked, obviously confused by what she meant. "I don't see how I have a choice, but I would like to hear the terms."
Mitzi smiled and stood from her chair, kicked it aside, and began pacing back and forth. "I would offer you a job here, allow you to regain some of your life, but you would never be allowed to quit," she spoke as she thought, turning her head in the direction of Jeremy every now and again.
He took a breath and gave some thought into the subject, he had had some medical training in the past but he wanted to hear the alternate side of the deal, "And if I refuse?"
Mitzi laughed at the question. She thought that he was a bit more intelligent than that. The answer was obvious to even a child. Fixing the position of her glasses, Mitzi motioned over to a container filled with unknown contents. "You'll be my next tea party guest. Let me tell you something though…They aren't exactly what you would call a lively bunch," she sighed with disappointment. She took notice to Jeremy's reaction. Her eyes watched as his body tightened almost into a cringe. "So…will you take it?"
Jeremy felt sick at his new found discovery about his doctor. She had taken the dead bodies of her patients and played with them. He did not want to end up that way. "Yes," he managed to speak without his voice shaking. There was just one thing that he couldn't wrap his head around. Why was she being so generous him?
"Good, now back to our conversation," she clapped cheekily and sat next to him on the table. "Have you ever met one?" Mitzi was delighted to know that she would be able to have this fine being in her control everyday of her life. She hadn't ever offered this to anybody before, but she felt that since he had loyally obeyed her, whereas everyone would have tried to run and hide, that he was worth keeping.
They carried on their cannibal question for quite some time before Mitzi allowed him to put his clothing back on. She then gave him his orders. He was to sleep in the Staff Lounge on the second floor, and not to leave the hospital unless she said. Food would be provided to him through the cafeteria, he was to work out at least three times a week in the weight room and Shower daily on the second floor Men's Locker Room. She bid him goodnight and left the laboratory thinking about how she would use him and chain him up like a dog.
The whole walk to her car was a merry one. She didn't kill anyone tonight, and she was disappointed about that, but in return, she now had a slave. Mitzi was surely to have fun with her new mutt… 'He's more of a purebred than a mutt,' she thought with a grin and drove home.
