This is Tinuviel (Night), an angel I drew in my math class - but don't worry, my homework was done! XD I'm very proud of her, since I put a lot of work into pretty much every aspect of this picture. I'm open to any comments/criticism though I'd love to hear what ya'all think of it ^w^

Wow, Lion!!! ;D She's looks so good! I like how you did her hands and feet, trust me I know how hard they are to do. You did them really well. The wings look amazing too!! I tried drawing an angel once... she didn't look right cuz I'm not that good at drawing people but I spent a lot of time trying to get the wings just right, so I can appreciate the time you probably put into this drawing. Awesome job!!! Do you have any others?

Thank you so much! ;D I DID spend a lot of time with this one. If you want to see more of my artwork there's SOME in my Deviantart gallery (which is easily accessed through Tinuviel's picture). I'm going to try to put more up, but I'm the kind of person that hates posting sketches because I believe they aren't as pretty as colored pictures... but I can't color for the life of me '^.^ lol. Anyways, thank you for your compliments. They make me feel really happy

Haha, you deserve the compliments, believe me! Every single one.
I was thinking of making a DevaintArt account...but no clue how to put up my artwork. Plus that is something I'd def need to get my parents permission on. I think Mom would go for it actually...mmmm
Sometimes, sketches look better then the colored ones. Drawings that are very detailed often lose most of that detail when you add color, with any media, even colored pencil. If your worried about color, you could try charcol. Yes it's black, but with the right movements and pressure, it can bring life to a drawing without ruining the detail.

I tried working with charcoal once... it was a mess o.o I guess I could give it a shot again. Eh, we'll see *shrugs*
And as far as posting your artwork, Deviantart makes it very easy. As long as you can get the picture into your computer all you have to do is upload it. It's relatively quick and easy. I have a printer that I scan most of my pics in with, but sometimes I use my camera to take pictures and then load them into the computer. My friend (who is amazing! look her up on DA her name is BlueMoonAngel and is sitting right next to me as I type this drawing water amazingly) does that most of the time. Yeppers. And DA is a pretty safe environment. I don't think your mom would have to worry. Although some people actually run a business off of it - how I'm not sure but they do. They sell their artwork and whatnot. Needless to say I don't do that lol.
