Name: Fallingleaf
Age: 30 moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: ThunderClan
Rank: Warrior
Description:
Fallingleaf is a broad-shouldered, strongly built tom with a handsome but stern face. He has narrowly shaped hazel-green eyes and rich, unmarked dark ginger fur. His nose has a marking on it that looks like a falling star and his throat and belly have white markings, too. Fallingleaf has long but powerful limbs, and a series of scars around his neck. His ears are finely shaped and of average size. His nose is curved slightly and a nice length that accentuates the masculinity of his face.
Personality:
Fallingleaf is quiet and contemplative, not given to outbursts of emotion. He's cool and supposedly very arrogant, since he doesn't pay much attention to other cats. He prefers to keep to himself, and is known for giving monosyllabic answers to any question asked of him. He's thought overall to be a grouch, when in reality he's just hiding himself behind a mask of indifference. Fallingleaf is very detached from his Clanmates, and is known to be somewhat of a dreamer. He expresses himself in the smallest of ways, but those that know them will know when he is truly angry or when he's content.
History:
Fallingkit was born to Hopestream and Moletail. His father and mother were kind, affecionate cats. But both were ostracized in the Clan because of their relationship - mostly because Moletail's father had been a kittypet. Hopestream, always the optimist, thought that her kit would be free of the teasing and the names, but he wasn't. Fallingkit grew up feeling embarrassed of himself and his lineage. The other kits wouldn't play with him, so he grew sullen and quiet. Even whe he was made an apprentice nothing changed. He decided to run away one day and then he met her. Rhianna was a fun-loving, easy-going loner who liked to play in the Treecut-place, even knowing there were dangerous cats about. When Fallingpaw saw her, he challenged her right to be there. 'What is right when it comes to the forest?' Rhianna asked him, 'Nature belongs to us all.' He liked her at once, and spent the remainder of the day playing with her as he'd never been allowed to play with any cat before. As they parted, he told her the truth about his mixed blood, his face bowed in shame. 'I don't care about that,' Rhianna said with a smile, 'Change isn't something to be afraid of.' And she touched her nose to his ear. 'See you here tomorrow?' Her eyes twinkled as if she were challenging him. 'You bet!' Fallingpaw replied. The rest of his apprenticeship was balanced between his Clan, his training, and his time with Rhianna. He made sure to hide their friendship, but he wouldn't let her go for the world. When he recieved his warrior name, he waited until a few nights after to go and find her in her small den, located inside of the Twolegplace. He called out to her and she came, her eyes bright and curious. 'There you are!' She said, 'I haven't seen you in days!' They touched noses and he told her that he'd become a warrior with the name Fallingleaf. 'Can I still call you Fall, then?' Rhianna asked with a twitch of her whiskers. 'Only if i can still call you Anna.' Fallingleaf teased. They began to play tag as they often had, running through the intracite landscape that was Rhianna's home. He caught her, and suddenly their faces seemed to close, their bodies too warm beside each other. Fallingleaf stared into her eyes, and then told her that he loved her. Rhianna smiled and asked him what had taken him so long to say so. They became mates, and Fallingleaf grew even more distant from his Clan. This was noticed by his father, who followed him one night to Rhianna's home. Moletail was outraged to find his son with a pregnant loner, and he attacked Rhianna, thinking her some sort of seductress. Fallingleaf refused to let him harm his mate, and he fought his father ferociously, giving him wounds that would kill him before the fleeing tom made it back to camp. When Fallingleaf learned of his father's fate, he was stunned. Rhianna tried to comfort him, but he was sullen and quiet. Finally he told her that they should run away together. 'Run away? Why? Because you are afraid to face your family again?' She asked. 'You are my family now.' Fallingleaf said, touching noses with her. He said goodbye and headed back to his camp, supposedly for the last time. The next day he went searching for her so they could run away together. But Rhianna was nowhere to be seen. He searched for her for many, many moons, but to this day has found no trace of her. Whether she died or left him, he may never know, but the memory of her scent, her touch, her smile, will never leave him.
