Dappleflare is too gorgeous to describe. If I must, then I'll have to say she's a breathtaking bengal cat with perfect proportions and a stunning face. And dazzling, sumptuous, green eyes.

Personality:
A hardcore narcissistic, Dappleflare can't go a yard without idly pointing out how gorgeous she is. Her sharp, symmetrical face and her silken pelt are undeniably enticing and they are to blame for making this she-cat as thwarted as she is. Her eyes are pools of a vigorous color that's between green and malachite, and they seem to be able to penetrate others' skulls. Literally. Everyone is puzzled by the genuine splendor Dappleflare emits, but it is immediately shadowed by mortification: mortification because everyone knows her beauty is invincible.
Well, I've seen Dappleflare myself, and I have my own theory as to how she came to be. I like to think that the Roman Goddess Aphrodite got bored of creating perfect human beings (like Cate Blanchett or Nicole Kidman) and decided to create a perfect and unsurpassed feline of a different kind, so as to accompany her in her later life. So she created Dappleflare, and as a mockery to regular looking cats, placed her in the forest of the clans to tyrannize others with her perfection.
But enough with the flattering already! She has enough of it as it is.
Dappleflare is conscious of her looks. She's a typical spoiled brat, a vain braggart who likes to flaunt her outer beauty and eminence. At a young age, she used to be nicer than this. Sure, she's always been b*tchy, but when she used to live with her past owner, she showed signs of having a conscience. But after her owner abandoned her, she lost faith in humanity and became a complete vixen (like Naomi Clark from 90210). Joining RiverClan didn't make things better, but her ancestors from StarClan eventually helped her reform herself. She doesn't hate the world anymore and she got used to being a warrior, though she's as arrogant as ever. But that's just for social standards. Like any other conceited and presumptuous soul, she's sweet inside and not afraid to show her feelings of benevolence. She adores little kits and little things, a trait she acquired from her past (and a running gag in her story). She has her smart moments of course. But well, she's generally plain self-obsessed. Though with a beauty like that, who wouldn't?
Hey, every clan needs an egocentric, self-absorbed, and overbearing cat. Dappleflare fills that role in RiverClan with utmost perfection and competence. Perhaps too much.
History:
Who could imagine such an exquisite angel-like creature like Dappleflare could have been born in such an ordinary clan such as RiverClan (no offense to the RiverClanners)? Well she wasn't. Her perfection comes from a far away land: A land known, in human terms, as France. She was born in a petit village called 'Le Pont du Ciel' in a house as tiny as a bathroom. Well, actually it was the same size of a bathroom, since it actually was a bathroom. Her mother belonged to a little girl called Marlène Villechaize, who had lost her family in a fire. Her pregnant kitty (called Arielle) was her only possession, but she lost her when Arielle gave birth. Marlène didn't loose hope though, because, like anybody else, thought that Arielle's daughter was sent from heaven. Even as a kitten, Dappleflare was alluring (of course, what else was to be expected?) and Marlène was fascinated by her. Needless to say, the little girl had no money and a nebulous future, but Dappleflare's arrival saved her sorry live. Back then, however, she was known as Gabrielle Villechaize, a name chosen to match her beauty. But because of Marlène's lack of resources, Gabrielle was forced to life in a public bathroom for humans in a pork restaurant.
Marlène wasn't the only one captivated by young Gabrielle. The little girl would carry her cat whenever she went and passer byes would comment on how gorgeous the kitty was. Marlène had no source of profit and her pretty cat gave her an idea. She eventually began to charge people and tourists to see the 'cat that came from heaven' and it became quite a remunerative business. Plus, the fact that Gabrielle had been born in a city called Le Pont du Ciel (the bridge from heaven) helped very much.
Fame eventually took her to the United States, her loyal friend Marlène still by her side. She had minor roles in many famous movies, such as 'Cat and Dogs' and 'Legally Blond', always charming the cast with her beauty. One famous film maker (can't remember his name... I think he was Polish) fell in love with Gabrielle and decided to create a movie with her as the main character. The movie took place in a forest and Gabrielle had to act as the noble side-kick of an aspiring singer. After months of filming, the movie was completed, and Gabrielle hit the big screen.
Unfortunately, the movie was a failure. It failed to impress anybody. Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 5% rating (even less than 'I Know Who Killed Me'. Yes, it was that bad) and Roger Ebert despised it: 'Hated it. Hated every simpering stupid vacant audience-insulting moment of it. Hated the sensibility that thought anyone would like it. Hated the implied insult to the audience by its belief that anyone would be entertained by it.' Gabrielle was actually nominated for a Raspberry Award because of her bad acting (she kept grooming herself, even when the aspiring singer she was supposed to help was drowning in the Pacific Ocean). It was a massive blow. Not that Gabrielle understood any of this: in her little world, she still thought she was perfect. But neither Marlène nor the Polish director were as complying. A week after the premier, they both decided to dessert poor Gabrielle in the woods and find another gorgeous kitty to play her part.
To cut the clutter, Gabrielle was adopted by RiverClan and given a new name: Dappleflare. Why was she found in RiverClan? Well, she was busy staring at her reflection when a RiverClan patrol caught her. She adapted to the humility of the clans and learned to do tasks she would have otherwise never done, but it shaped her character. A bit.
