A pretty ginger and white she-cat came out into the open. She lived here, in this territory, therefore, she had no reason to be scared anything would happen. Plus I can take care of myself just fine. Sandcloud thought smugly. All warriors can, at least against other warriors. Other animals like foxes and badgers were a different story.
The she-cat padded up to the oak tree, and looked up. She remembered how as an apprentice, they were always told not to climb this tree. But like all ThunderClan warriors, she knew how to climb and was proud of her skills. She leaped up onto the lowest branch, got her footing, and then leaped up easily onto the next two. When she looked down, she was suprised to see someone below her on the ground. "Hello." Sandcloud said sweetly.

A black she-cat padded through the forest, heading towards the ancient oak in the middle of the territory. Greyfire was glad to get out of camp, sometimes it was just to busy for her liking. She liked her solitary walks under the canopy of the trees. She reached the clearing and padded towards the base. She was about to lay down and think when she heard a voice. She jumped, startled, and shifted her amber gaze upwards. She saw a she-cat that she recognized as Sandcloud up in the branches. "Hi" she mewed.

Bright blue eyes followed the other she-cat. Sandcloud was pleased to see Grayfire, a she-cat who she never really got to know. "How are you doing, Grayfire?" Sandcloud asked, wondering if she should jump down or stay where she was. Either way, it wasn't a big deal, she was young and fit. "I bet your happy to be out of camp." She teased happily, she hoped it didn't come out as rude because she surely didn't mean it that way. Sandcloud just knew that Grayfire was a queen who was often locked up in camp because of kits.

Seedpath heard voices and decided to see who it was. She noticed Grayfire who was looking upwards, and followed her line of sight. It was Sandcloud, up in a tree. Seedpath stepped out into view and smiled. "Hello. Pleasant day for leaf bare isn't it?" In truth it was a little warmer than usual, but the season was far from over and it was sure to get cold again. Seedpath hated snow. It made her heigth all the more challenging as she had to leap to move in tall snowdrifts.

Sandcloud flicked her tail, wondering if this was a patrol or if these two cats just happened to show up. The latter was probably the case but why get nothing done? The ginger and white she-cat gracefully lept down from the tree she was in and landed with a soft thud that raised a few leaves. Her blue eyes looked at Seedpath. "Yes it is, perfect for some hunting." Sandcloud decided, "Do you two wanna do some hunting? This would be a perfect time to get some fresh-kill."

"Sure." Seedpath said, glad Sandcloud was offering something to do. It wasn't often that she was invited to do anything, and even patrols were rare. Other cats thought she might slow them down, or worse. She was useful though, and usually hunted every day for just something to do. She was glad Sandcloud was so friendly. Fallingfire looked around the camp to see who he could go out on a hunting patrol with. Everyone else seemed to be gone, doing something. He frowned when he saw no one just by looking. The day today was beautiful and he wanted to go and get some prey while it was out. But no one was around to go with him. Obviously they were all out there themselves. He smiled when he saw Firefly step out of the warrior's den. He bounded over to her. "Hey you wanna go out on a Hunting patrol with me?"
Firefly smiled and shook her head. "I'm sorry, I'm supposed to go on Fadeout's patrol right now. I'll see you later though." as she bounded away herself Fallingfire frowned. She didn't even want to go. He shrugged and padded over to the camp entrance. Maybe he would run into some cats out in the forest. He raced through the forest.
Suddenly he stopped. Voices. YES! Other Cats!. He burst out of the trees and said, "Never fear felines of Thunderclan! Fallingfire is here to bring up the entertainment!" His voice had a calm tone to it, so that he didn't frighten off all the prey, but he was enthusiastic enough.

Seedpath glanced over at Fallingfire and laughed. "You're going to scare away the prey!" She said with mock-annoyance. She liked Fallingfire almost instantly.

The ThunderClan warrior was really glad that Seedpath was so open to hunting. Though she wondered if Greyfire would be as well, after all the queen was techniqually taking a break from camp and the nursery. But then again, maybe some regular warrior duties would do Greyfire some good. "Great!" Sandcloud exclaimed, happy to have others to hunt with. Though she did fine on her own, she didn't really enjoy hunting all by herself.
Sandcloud laughed as she heard and saw Fallingfire approach the group. The tom was very handsome and was everything a she-cat would want from a loyal warrior. She actualy turned pretty shy when she saw him. Then she heard Seedpath's exclamation and laughed. "Yea, now we'll have to go somewhere else to hunt." Sandcloud teased.

"I'm good" she mewed. "And yeah its nice to be out of camp, its hard dealing with three kits."
Greyfire watched as Seedpath approached. She didn't really know Seedpath because they'd never had reason to talk before. "Hello Seedpath" she mewed "and yes it is quite mild for leafbare."
"Hunting sounds good" she mewed "its been ages."
Greyfire watched as Fallingfire approached, being a bundle of energy. Greyfire watched as the other two she-cats teased the tom but she decided against it. "So where do you wanna hunt?" she asked.

((Juny you and I both shouldn't have posted those last times, just to warn you))
Seedpath smiled. "Up to you." She said, letting someone else makes the decisions. She prefered to follow."

Fallingfire purred. "Oh don't be rediculous. We can hunt right..." He paused in mid sentence as his gaze fell on Sandcloud. He grinned and flicked his tail. This was going to surprise her a bit and that was just what he wanted. He crouched low to the ground. It wasn't posible to tell if his eyes were on her or going past her.
Then without warning Fallingfire pounced over Sandcloud and raced into a nearby bush. When he stepped back out he had a mouse in his jaws. A big one. It was strange that such a big mouse would be around here during leaf-bare, but it was there and he was glad for it. It was thin mind you. A big mouse with a thin body.
He padded out with pride and looked at the she-cats around him. Especially Sandcloud. He placed the mouse at her paws and purred. "See. I'm not that stupid."

Sandcloud smiled at Greyfire, kind of trying to understand but she had never had kits of her own so she couldn't pretend to completely understand where Greyfire was coming from. But at the same time, she did because every warrior knew that kits were bundles of energy and some caused more trouble then others.
The ginger and white warrior heard Seepath state that it was up to her. She had never really led an unauthorized hunting patrol before but her instincts kicked in. She was going to suggest moving a little further away from this exact spot when she felt Fallingfire looking at her. Her pelt burned and she met his gaze, only to be suprised when he leapt and caught a mouse. "Wow, great job!" She exclaimed, really impressed. Then she argued, "Wait a second, we never said you were stupid."

"Yeah, we just said you were loud." Seedpath agreed. She wasn't about to judge anyone's intelligence, just maybe tease them. She was glad Fallingfire had caught something, but the squirrel must be deaf.

Greyfire watched as Fallingfire went after some prey. He reappeared moments later with a squirrel. She thought the squirrel must've have been deaf or mouse brained. "I still say we move to somewhere else to hunt" she mewed.
